Bulls Show at Out Cattle Breeding Station in Hradištko

  • History of the restaurant is closely connected with cattle breeding company Natural, which was set up shortly after Velvet revolution in 1989.

  • The breeding company Beef Natural (lately renamed to Natural) took part in developing farming of beef breads in the Czech Republic. The company was founding member of The Czech Beef Breeders Association.
  • For the restaurant among all beef bread we choose Charolais breed which is regarded in France as a part of its national wealthy.
  • Charolais bulls are raised on the meadows by cooperating Czech cattle farmers so we know about them almost everything.
